Our Story
Urban Flooring was established in 2013 in Al Quoz, Dubai's flooring and trade hub, as a supply-and-installation flooring company. From the start, the approach was to handle both sides of the job, supplying the material and fitting it with our own team, rather than selling a floor and leaving the installation to someone else.
Over the years since, we have completed more than 10,000 projects across the UAE, for homes and villas, offices, retail, hospitality and other commercial spaces, and grown our range to cover every major type of flooring. We operate under Trade Licence 130570, a registered flooring company serving Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the wider Emirates.
Our In-House Team
Unlike companies that subcontract their installation, Urban Flooring uses its own in-house fitting team. The people who measure and advise on your floor are the people who fit it, which means one consistent standard of work and a single point of accountability from the first visit to the finished floor.
Our installers are experienced across every flooring type we supply, vinyl, carpet, epoxy and resin, wood and parquet, laminate, rubber and EPDM, and terrazzo, including the specialist trades that need real craft, like terrazzo grinding and polishing and EPDM wet-pour surfacing. Because material and installation come from one company, there is no finger-pointing between a supplier and an outside fitter if anything needs putting right. We stand behind the whole job.
Our Approach
We built Urban Flooring on a simple idea: a flooring company should be accountable for the whole result, not just the part it sells. That is why we keep installation in-house, measure every floor on site before quoting, and give honest advice on which floor actually suits a space, even when that means recommending a cheaper option or steering a client away from the wrong material for a wet area or a sun-exposed room.
The aim on every project is the same, the right floor, properly fitted, by the team that quoted it, with no surprises along the way.
