It depends on the type. A simple cut-and-bound rug from stock material can be ready quickly, often within days, while woven, tufted or hand-made pieces take longer, sometimes several weeks. We confirm a realistic lead time with your quote, once the size, material and finish are agreed, so you know exactly what to expect.

We make everything from small accent pieces around 60 x 90 cm (about 2' x 3') up to large villa and majlis rugs several metres across, and long corridor runners. For very large areas we join panels or produce in sections. Tell us the room dimensions and we will confirm what is possible.

Yes, within the range of the material chosen. We work to your colour scheme and can match tones, add contrast borders and produce patterns, plain fields or bordered designs. Bring a sample, a photo or a reference and we will advise on how closely it can be matched in the material you want during the free measurement.

Yes. If you have a carpet offcut or a remnant you like, we can cut it to size and finish the edges with a bound or serged border to turn it into a neat, hard-wearing rug. It is a cost-effective way to get a custom size from material you already have. Bring it in or send a photo.

It depends on size, material, pile, border and shape. As an indicative guide, a custom synthetic rug at a common size starts from around AED 400 to 900, custom wool from roughly AED 1,500 upward, and premium hand-tufted pieces from around AED 6,900. For a standard size, ready-made is cheaper. We give an exact quote after a free measurement.

Yes, all three. We measure the space on site free of charge, produce the rug to specification, then deliver and place it in the room with an anti-slip pad where needed, rather than leaving it at the door. For large pieces our team positions and settles the rug so it lies flat and sits correctly.
