Garage flooring is a durable coating applied over the garage concrete slab, usually epoxy, flake or polyurethane resin, to resist oil, chemicals, hot tyres and the weight of vehicles. Tough, UV-stable, fast Tougher, UV-stable and fast-curing, best for sunlit or semi-outdoor garages where standard epoxy can yellow. Polyaspartic often lets you park again within 24 hours, against a few days for epoxy.

Is epoxy the best flooring for a garage?
For most garages, yes. Epoxy and flake coatings seal the concrete, resist oil and hot tyres, and clean easily, which suits how garages are used. For sunlit or semi-outdoor garages, polyurethane resists yellowing better. We recommend the right system for your garage during a free site visit.
Epoxy coating or garage floor paint, which is better?
A professional epoxy or resin coating is far more durable than DIY garage floor paint. Paint is cheaper upfront but wears and peels under hot tyres and traffic within a year or two. A proper coating, applied over a ground and primed slab, lasts years. We fit coatings, not paint.
Does garage flooring resist hot tyres and oil?
Yes, that is its main job. Quality epoxy and polyurethane coatings resist hot-tyre pickup, where cheap coatings soften and lift, and they shrug off oil, fuel and chemical spills that stain bare concrete. The key is a properly prepared slab and the right resin system, which we handle.
How much does garage flooring cost in Dubai?

How long does a garage floor coating take to install?
Most garages take one to three days depending on slab condition and the system. The floor is usually walk-ready within 24 hours and ready for vehicles in a few days once fully cured. We confirm the timeline and when you can park again during the site visit.
Can garage flooring be made anti-slip?
Yes. We add flake or anti-slip aggregate to give grip, which matters in a garage where water, oil or dust can make a smooth floor slippery. We match the level of grip to how the garage is used, from a light texture to a heavily textured workshop finish.
Can you coat an old or oil-stained garage floor?
Usually yes. Old and oil-stained slabs are common, and the answer is thorough preparation: degreasing, diamond grinding and crack repair before any coating goes down. Deeply oil-soaked concrete may need extra treatment, which we assess on the site visit before quoting.
Do you supply only, or also install?
Both, though a garage coating is an applied system that needs professional preparation and installation to last.
