Both. Urban Flooring is a supply-and-installation company, with our own in-house fitting team. The people who measure and advise are the people who fit the floor, so there is one consistent standard and a single point of accountability. Supply-only orders are also possible if you have your own fitter.

Yes. We offer a free, no-obligation site visit anywhere we serve across the UAE, measure the space accurately, bring samples to you, and follow up with a clear written quote. It is the only way to give an accurate price, since subfloor condition, levels and access all affect the work.

For wet and humid areas like kitchens and bathrooms, waterproof vinyls such as SPC and LVT are the most reliable. Natural wood, bamboo and cork suit dry, air-conditioned rooms. For outdoors, WPC decking and artificial grass handle sun, heat and moisture. We advise room by room during the visit.

It depends on the floor and the area. Many vinyl, laminate and click floors are fitted in a day or two, while poured systems like epoxy, microcement and terrazzo, and detailed work like parquet or stair carpet, take longer. We give a realistic timeline with your quote after the site visit.
