The Project
This apartment in the Al Zarooni Building, Al Mamzar needed a fresh, hard-wearing floor fitted quickly and cleanly across the whole home. We supplied and installed herringbone SPC throughout, choosing two colourways to suit the spaces, and matched the skirting to finish each room neatly. One team handled measurement, supply and installation from start to handover.
Herringbone SPC in Two Oak Colourways
We installed SPC flooring in a herringbone pattern across the apartment. SPC (stone polymer composite) is a rigid-core vinyl: fully waterproof, quiet and warm underfoot, and hard-wearing under daily use, which makes it well suited to apartment living where a quick, clean, low-disruption fit matters. We used a cool grey oak in the living areas and hallway and a lighter natural oak in the rooms, both laid in a herringbone pattern that lifts the floor above a standard plank finish. Matched skirting frames each room for a tidy, finished edge.
The Result
The apartment now runs on a clean herringbone SPC floor: waterproof, quiet and durable, fitted quickly and handed over ready to move in. Two colourways give the living areas and rooms their own character while keeping one consistent, hard-wearing floor throughout.
